Francisco Esteban Bernal

Francisco Esteban Bernal currently serves as Socio at RCD and holds multiple positions as Secretario del Consejo de Administración across various companies, including Skylife Engineering S.L., ISR - Specular Vision, Zinkee, Traders Business School, Palomo Spain, BeOneSec, iGluco Tech, and BioMixing S.L. Since September 2023, Francisco Bernal has also been a Professor in the area of corporate law, focusing on shareholders' agreements, at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Sevilla. Francisco Bernal holds a Licenciado en derecho with a specialization in Derecho mercantil from Universidad de Sevilla and has completed several advanced programs, including a Master’s in legal advice for businesses and specialized training in various areas of law and finance.
