Gordon Farrell

Gordon Farrell is a Senior Software Engineer, People Manager, and Tech Lead at Skylight since August 2021, contributing to digital consultancy efforts for government agencies. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Kessel Run from November 2019 to August 2021, where significant accomplishments included leading a large-scale database refactor and converting front-end application tests to enhance efficiency. Before Kessel Run, Gordon was an Associate Software Engineer at SAIC and a Contract Specialist at the United States Air Force. Gordon’s early career featured roles in education as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program and as a Conference Committee Member for the Yamagata Prefectural Board of Education. Gordon holds a Web Development Immersive Certificate from General Assembly and a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a Business Administration minor from Colorado State University.
