Barbara Bolens

Barbara Bolens is currently the Treasurer at Skylight Music Theatre. Prior to their current position, Ms. Bolens held various high-level positions at Actuant Corporation, Joy Global, and Brady Corporation over the course of their 25+ year career.

Ms. Bolens’ experience includes developing and executing global treasury and investor relations strategy, capital structure and debt/equity transactions, share repurchases, foreign exchange and investment policies. Barbara has also been responsible for managing risk, legal and tax structuring of acquired companies, and has directed growth strategy which has led to increased premium growth and improved cost structures for their various employers.

Ms. Bolens’ experience has also included negotiating unsecured credit facilities, directing the implementation of global netting systems, overseeing currency hedging programs, and developing tax efficient corporate structures. In their previous positions, they have also created in-house legal departments and broadened analyst coverage from sell-side analysts.
