Brenndon McGill has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Brenndon is currently the Director of Operations at Skyline Aviation, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PAE as a Field Service Engineer from June 2020 to March 2023 and as an Avionic Systems Technician from August 2019 to June 2020. Before joining PAE, Brenndon worked at BAE Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Avionic Systems Field Engineer from April 2018 to August 2019, where they specialized in troubleshooting and advanced diagnostics of avionics for the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol. Additionally, they were previously employed at PAE as a CH-53E Avionics Technician from July 2017 to April 2018. Brenndon's earliest work experience was as an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force, where they served from September 2009 to August 2017.

Brenndon McGill attended David City Jr/Sr High School from 2005 to 2009. After high school, they pursued their education at the Community College of the Air Force from 2009 to 2017. At the Community College of the Air Force, they focused on Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician as their field of study.
