Jim Konves

Jim Konves started their career in 1972 as a Public School Teacher at Big Walnut Schools. In 1978, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Senior Account Executive and worked there until 2009. In 2009, they founded K Factor Consulting and served as the President and CEO until 2010. After that, they joined Skyline Chili and held various roles including V.P. Grocery and Senior Vice President Grocery, where they were responsible for various aspects of the grocery department.

Jim Konves completed their high school education at Mansfield Senior High from 1964 to 1968 and received a High School diploma with a focus on Math Science. Later, from 1968 to 1972, they attended Hiram College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Comprehensive social studies.
