Jim Smiley

Jim Smiley is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Executive at Skyline Construction since October 2019, following a rebranding from ACCEND in 2022, Jim has previously held significant roles such as Senior Project Manager at Skender Construction and Vice President of Project Management at Cannavino Construction, Inc. Jim’s early career included positions as Project Superintendent-Project Manager at J.G. Rock, Inc., and General Foreman at Barridge Construction. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from American InterContinental University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
