Prem Rathore is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Skyline Enterprises since January 2023 and as an Executive Chef at juSTa Hotels & Resorts since October 2020, Prem has previously held significant roles in several renowned organizations, including AccorHotels and Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels. Prem's culinary journey began at Taj Hotels, where prem progressed through roles from Commi 1 to Chef In Charge. Formal education includes a food production degree from IHM Jodhpur and further studies at BJS Jodhpur, Rajasthan, enhancing expertise in culinary arts.
