Rod Blomquist

Rod Blomquist has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Rod began their career as an On-Site Manager at Manpower in 1997, where they stayed for eight years. Rod then worked as a Senior Recruiter at Manpower Professional and later as a Recruiting Manager at Summit Staffing before joining Today's Staffing as a National Account Manager in 2006. In this role, they received recognition for their profitable account management, built successful relationships with clients, and managed a team of recruiters. In 2008, they became a Client Relationship Manager at Furst Person, where they maintained client accounts and achieved sales objectives. In 2011, they joined Bridgepoint Education/Ashford University as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter II. Rod then served as a Recruiting Manager at LenderLive Network, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Most recently, they have been working at Skyline Group International, first as a Talent Solutions Manager and currently as a Talent Solutions Director.

Rod Blomquist obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Project Management from Ashford University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in TS: Trainer Workshop from DDI.
