Rebekah Larsen

Rebekah Larsen currently serves as a Human Resources Manager and Recruiting and Retention Coordinator at Skyline Health. Prior to this, Rebekah held various roles at AMERITIES WEST, LLC and spent several years at JCPenney, where Rebekah worked their way up from Assistant Manager Human Resources to Assistant Manager-Merchandise and Sales Manager. With a degree in Communications from Western Oregon University, Rebekah has a strong background in leadership, training, talent acquisition, and maintaining company policies in a retail environment. Rebekah has a proven track record of decreasing turnover rates and driving sales and profit through strategic planning and engaging team members.
