Kristal Curnett

Kristal Curnett has a diverse work experience. Kristal worked at Skyline Solar Energy as the Director of Human Resources from February 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Communication at the same company from February 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they were involved in creating and maintaining SOPs, driving efficiencies and communication, and working on employee engagement initiatives.

Before their time at Skyline Solar Energy, Kristal was self-employed as a Caregiver from January 2018 to February 2019.

Kristal also worked at Grand Canyon University, first as a University Counselor from July 2014 to September 2016, where they advised and counseled students. Later, they worked as a University Development Counselor from September 2016 to March 2017, where they built and developed a recruitment territory and maintained a recruitment pipeline for the College of Education.

Kristal Curnett pursued their education by first attending the University of Arizona from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Afterward, they enrolled in the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
