Crystal Roman

Crystal Roman is a Network Engineer at Skyline Technology Solutions since November 2016, specializing in provisioning WAN circuits for Maryland State Agencies, planning and deploying Metropolitan Area Networks, and troubleshooting various services with providers. Prior to this role, Crystal served as a Network Operations Center Technician, where responsibilities included monitoring LAN and WAN networks, responding to technical alerts, and supporting both commercial and government clients. Earlier experience as the Owner and IT Administrator of Bump, Birth and Beyond involved managing IT support for network and hardware issues, as well as developing Android apps and an e-commerce website. Crystal holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Anne Arundel Community College.
