Lauren Rieke

Lauren Rieke is an experienced Engineering Manager at Skyline Technology Solutions since November 2020, overseeing the engineering project pipeline and ensuring adherence to project deliverables and timelines. Lauren previously served as a Business Manager, driving continuous improvement and monitoring performance metrics. In earlier roles, Lauren held positions such as Inside Sales Representative, Office Administrator at HopeWell Equipping and Counseling Services, and various roles in the court system, including Deputy Clerk. Lauren co-founded iDENTITY Young Adults and managed property operations at Shoreline Apartments and Pleasant Village Apartments. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University.
