William Curlett III

William Curlett III is an experienced professional in fiber management and infrastructure, currently serving as the Infrastructure & Maryland Fiber Program Manager at Skyline Technology Solutions since June 2019. In this role, William oversees various aspects of fiber management including outside plant and inside plant bids, proposals, engineering, and emergency response to outages. Prior to this, William worked as Fiber Manager at the Maryland Department of Transportation from July 2017 to June 2019, managing fiber needs across several transportation business units and collaborating with state and county agencies to enhance the fiber network. William's career in telecommunications began in March 1998 at Verizon, where William held a supervisory position until May 2018.
