Candy Lovelace has a long and distinguished career in the financial services industry. Candy started their career in 1986 at Bank of America, where they held various roles, including Regional Customer Service Manager, Management Trainer II, and Quality Team Manager. In 2008, they moved to SunTrust Bank, where they served as Learning Leader and VP. Candy then moved to National Life Group in 2015, where they served as Learning & Development Leader, and was responsible for developing and executing full learning programs and knowledge repositories. Most recently, they joined Skyllful in 2021, where they are the Director of Learning and Customer Success.
Candy Lovelace has an education history that includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Ashford University in Teaching and Learning with Technology, obtained between 2017 and 2018. Candy also has a B.A.A.S in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of North Texas with an emphasis on Performance Improvement, Distance Delivery, and Instructional Design, obtained between 2013 and 2014. Additionally, they have a Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Bank of America obtained in April 2007, and a Change Management Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
