Ralph Hubregsen

Ralph Hubregsen is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Skyllful. Ralph has over 25 years of experience in sales and management. Ralph has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving consistent growth.

Previously, Ralph was the VP of Sales at Monosphere from January 2006 to December 2008. During their time at Monosphere, they grew the sales team and increased revenue by 33% quarter-on-quarter. Ralph also created a suite of professional services offerings that increased the average selling price of new deals by 35%. In addition, Ralph recruited and managed highly specialized partners in a multi-tiered channel program that resulted in a three-fold increase in qualified leads and 70% of the company’s revenue coming from the Channel.

After Monosphere, Ralph became the Chief Operating Officer at DecisionPoint Systems from September 2011 to December 2013. At DecisionPoint Systems, they were responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s operations, including sales, marketing, support, and product development. During their time at DecisionPoint Systems, they successfully turnaround the company by increasing revenue by 50% and reducing expenses by 20%.

In 2014, Ralph co-founded Skyllful, a software company that provides an easy-to-use learning platform for businesses and organizations. Skyllful’s mission is to make it easy for companies to training their employees and improve their skills. Ralph is responsible for leading all aspects of Skyllful’s operations and growth. Under their leadership, Skyllful has become one of the fastest growing software companies in the world with over 10,000 customers in over 100 countries.

Ralph Hubregsen has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree from Saint Michael's College.
