Joseph E. Whitaker

Joseph Whitaker has extensive experience in the financial industry, holding various executive positions at different credit unions and companies. Joseph has served as the President & CEO of SkyOne Federal Credit Union since October 2018. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Cardwell Leadership from June 2018 to December 2018. Before that, they worked at Kinecta Federal Credit Union as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from September 2011 to July 2018. Joseph also had the role of Executive Vice President & COO at Truliant Federal Credit Union from May 2003 to September 2011. Additionally, Whitaker served as the President & CEO of iCU Now, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Joseph held positions of Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Lending Officer at Ent Federal Credit Union from 1997 to 2000, and as the Director of Lending & Member Services at American Airlines Federal Credit Union from 1991 to 1997.

Joseph Whitaker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Texas, from the years 1987 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Colorado, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.
