Janitzia Alonso Collera

Janitzia Alonso Collera has worked in the software development field since 2000. In 2000, they began working as a Software Developer at SGO Software, where they were responsible for business requirements gathering, analysis and design of information systems using UML, as well as documenting technical artifacts and database design using Oracle. In 2003, they began working at Gaxu Solutions S.A. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed web and mobile applications for dealership management system for Toyota Chile, worked orders system at Cannon Chile, and web and mobile applications for marketing information system for Points of Sale, Promotions, Logistics and Communications for Carozzi Chile. Janitzia was also responsible for analysis, design, and development of web applications for Sales, Collection, E-Invoice, Automotive, Logistics and Marketing, and participated in the development of mobile modules for Sales, Collection, E-Invoice, Automotive, Logistics and Marketing applications. In 2014, they began working as a Project Manager at SkyPlanner LLC, where they articulated project goals and scope, translated business needs into technical terms, planned, executed and finalized projects within triple constraints of delivering on time, within budget and scope objectives, and identified and effectively communicated and resolved project issues and risks.

Janitzia Alonso Collera obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Jose A. Echevarria Higher Education Institute between 1995 and 2000. Subsequently, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in January 2019, followed by a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification from Salesforce in the same month. In August 2014, Janitzia obtained a Certified Force.com Developer certification from Salesforce.com.
