José Raúl Rodríguez Ríos

José Raúl Rodríguez Ríos has worked in various roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Specialist in Computer Sciences at the Center of Public Administration Studies (CEAP) in Cuba, where they were responsible for design and implementation of Administration and Requirements Capture modules of the System "E-Government Platform: Virtual Office for the county of Havana City". José Raúl also authored the design and development of an Automated system for the evaluation of the quality for programs and "online" courses developed by CEAP. From 2013 onwards, they have worked at SkyPlanner as an Operations Manager and in various roles such as Salesforce Consultant, QA Tester, and Salesforce Developer.

José Raúl Rodríguez Ríos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría (CUJAE) in La Habana, Cuba from 2003 to 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a Senior degree from IPVCE Vladimir Ilich Lenin in La Habana, Cuba from 1999 to 2001. José Raúl Rodríguez Ríos also has a number of certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Associate (2022), Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant (2021), Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant (2019), Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (2019), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (2018), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (2018), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2018), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2018), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (2018), Salesforce Certified Administrator (2017), and Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer (2013).
