Jennifer Memhard

Jennifer Memhard has a wealth of experience in the analytics and software engineering fields. Jennifer began their career in 1988 as a Software Engineer/Manager at Lotus Development, then moved to Intel Corporation in 1994, where they held roles as a Senior Business Analyst, Software Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. In 2009, they became a Student Intern and Student Ambassador at First Stop Portland, then continued their education at Portland State University from 2013-2015, working as an Analyst Programmer at the Center for Spatial Analysis and Research, an Adjunct Research Assistant in the Division of Public Administration, and a Cartographer at the Center for Spatial Analysis and Research. Afterward, they worked as a Senior Analytics Consultant at CSG Pro, which is now SkyPoint Cloud, from 2015-2021.

Jennifer Memhard has a Bachelor of Art from Stanford University, a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Portland State University, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Community Development from Portland State University, and studied Mandarin at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
