Rahel Surshi has worked in various roles in the sales and business development sector since 2012. Rahel started their career as a Sales Representative/Store Manager at Telenor, where they were responsible for retail, customer meetings and sales. Rahel then moved on to become a Sales Coach/Learning & Development Educator at Telenor, where they were responsible for visiting all the Telenor shops to educate and coach the teams to achieve their goals. In 2016, they became an Account Manager at 3 Sverige, where they worked with B2B sales and was responsible for training the store staff, creating sales tools and collaborating with the regional manager. In 2018, they became a Nordic Key Account Manager at ASUS Nordic. In 2019, they joined Sony Professional Solutions Europe as a Business Development Manager - Healthcare. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Airmee as Head of Business Development, where their responsibilities include coaching, mentoring and inspiring the team, setting up an operating rhythm for the team, working data-driven, analyzing markets and verticals and setting goals for the team, and collaborating with the management team in planning and executing initiatives for growth. In 2022, they will join Skyqraft as a Sales Manager.

Rahel Surshi is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Ekonomi at Uppsala University. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Telenor Business School for a Sales Trainee, Lederskap, coaching, försäljning, and personlig utveckling program. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Filborna Gymnasium and obtained their Gymnasieexamen in Social Science specialized in sports. Additionally, Rahel has obtained three Microsoft Excel certifications from SquareOne Training in 2021, including Microsoft Excel l, Microsoft Excel ll, and Microsoft Excel lll.
