Asiia Erzhanova

Asiia Erzhanova currently serves as the Head of HR at Skyro Global, where responsibilities include developing an HR strategy aligned with business goals and enhancing employee compensation and benefits. Previous experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at a global fintech company in Singapore, Senior International Recruiter at BORZO, and Recruiting Consultant at UP&OUT Career Service and Beyond. Asiia's earlier role as a Recruitment Specialist involved executive search and bulk hiring for major retail and outsourcing firms in Russia. Additionally, Asiia is a Research Fellow at the Higher School of Economics, contributing to educational projects and conducting research in foreign language anxiety.
