Cate McDonough

Cate McDonough has held multiple roles in the past 13 years. From 2007-2014, they worked as a Deputy Probation Officer for the County of Marin, where they strengthened relationships with local non-profit agencies and community mental health, and supervised high-risk adult mental health offenders. In 2014, they moved to MorphoTrust USA as a Trusted Agent. In 2015, they joined Dot & Bo as a Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator. Finally, in 2016, they joined Skyroam as a Sales Support Coordinator, and was later promoted to People Operations Manager and then Senior People Operations Manager.

Cate McDonough holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of San Francisco and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Mitchell College.
