Ahsan Uz Zaman Mraes

Ahsan Uz Zaman MRAeS is an experienced professional currently serving as a Training Manager and previously as a Quality Engineer and Engineer Intern at Skyrora Ltd since June 2021. With a strong background in customer service, Ahsan led a team of ten as a Team Leader at Tesco from August 2012 to September 2016, where focus was placed on improving KPIs and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Prior experience includes roles at Currys, POUNDLAND LIMITED, and Air Host Travel Service, where sales and customer service excellence were consistently demonstrated. Ahsan holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Queen Mary University of London and a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from City, University of London.
