Hussein Khimji, P. Eng.

Hussein Khimji, P. Eng. has over 15 years of experience in the aerospace engineering industry. Hussein began their career at Diamond Aircraft in 2006 as an Aerospace Engineer. In 2011, they moved to BOMBARDIER as a Senior Systems Engineering Specialist. In 2018, they founded Aerospace Consulting, offering systems engineering, training, certification, and compliance services to tech companies in emerging sectors. In 2019, they joined Skyryse as an Integration and Certification Consultant, and also became a member of SAE International's S-18, S-18UAS, G-34 Committee. In 2020, they joined Aeroflux Braking Systems and Aerlift as an Advisory Board member and joined UofT Hatchery as a Startup Mentor. Hussein currently works as a Consultant DER for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Hussein Khimji, P. Eng. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, which they obtained between 2000 and 2004. Hussein also holds a Consultant DER certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
