Caroline Scott is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Skyscanner since October 2025, Caroline previously held various leadership roles at Zego, including VP People and People Director, from July 2022 to October 2025. Prior experience at Skyscanner from February 2015 to July 2022 includes roles as Human Resources Director and Head of HR for EMEA & US. Earlier positions include Head of HR at Tesco Bank and numerous HR roles at Unilever. Caroline holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and completed earlier education at Robert Gordon's College.
