Jenna McLelland

Jenna Mclelland is a software engineer at Skyscanner, where tenure began in January 2016 after completing a Professional Software Development Bootcamp at CodeClan. In addition to engineering responsibilities, Jenna held a voluntary position as the Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from 2016 to 2020, founding the first Employee Resource Group and influencing DEI initiatives at the organizational level. As a Corporate Travel Manager, Jenna oversees a diverse team, fostering collaboration and individual success while also managing company travel budgets. Jenna founded The Jenna Way in January 2018, an online travel blog dedicated to LGBTQ+ themes in travel, which includes web development, content creation, and consulting on LGBTQ+ inclusion. Previous roles include administrative assistant positions and teaching English in Vietnam. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Edinburgh and studied international law at the University of Groningen.
