Katie Isdale

Katie Isdale is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior HR Systems Analyst at Skyscanner since May 2019, Katie has previously worked in various HR roles including HRIS Specialist at Cloudreach and Reward Analyst at Martin Currie. Notably, Katie was the data lead for a global HR transformation project at Farfetch, implementing Workday across multiple regions. In earlier positions, Katie contributed to the successful rollout of a global Cloud HCM system at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP and was recognized as part of the Best Recruitment Team at the 2013 IHRA Awards during tenure at Essence. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in French Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
