Rachel Davidson

Rachel Davidson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as VP, People at Skyscanner since November 2014, following various leadership roles including Senior Director and Director of People Operations. Prior to Skyscanner, Rachel held the position of HR Business Partner at Amazon and worked as an HR Consultant for the Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on organizational change within the Technology Services division. Rachel's earlier career includes significant HR roles at Aptuit (Edinburgh) Limited, where high-level support was provided to multiple business units, and a foundational role as Human Resources Associate, gaining broad generalist HR experience. Rachel began the career in administrative roles, including positions at Omnisafe Limited and Bauermeister Booksellers. Educational background includes a Master's degree in General Arts from The University of Edinburgh.
