Alexandru Marcoci

Alexandru Marcoci has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and quality assurance. Alexandru currently holds the position of Software Engineering Manager at SkySlope since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineer Team Lead at the same company starting from February 2020. Alexandru also has experience as a QA Manager and a QA Automation Engineer at SkySlope since October 2018 and February 2018 respectively. Before joining SkySlope, Alexandru worked as a Software Development Engineer In Test IV at Wells Fargo from June 2017 to February 2018. Alexandru also worked as a QA Automation Engineer at CommunityOne Bank from November 2015 to April 2017, and at Bepoz America LLC from May 2013 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, they served as a Software Test Engineer at Piedmont Natural Gas from May 2011 to April 2013. Alexandru started their professional journey as a Technician/Customer Support at NetCost Computers from October 2009 to March 2011.

Alexandru Marcoci attended the Technical University of Moldova from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology and Computer Science. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in DevOps Foundations from Lynda.com, which they obtained in November 2018, and a Software Quality Assurance Certificate from TestDome, obtained in October 2017.
