Taylor Grossman has extensive experience in customer strategy and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Strategy at SkySlope since June 2016. Taylor's career progression at SkySlope includes roles as a Manager of Customer Strategy, Technical Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Associate. Prior to SkySlope, Taylor was the Founder & Co-Owner of Medium Moments, LLC. from October 2015 to October 2018.
