Sheila Tran

Sheila Tran is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Manager of Airport Services at SkyTeam since November 2023. In this role, Sheila focuses on gathering operational insights from airport managers, leading improvements, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior to SkyTeam, Sheila held various management positions at Air Canada, including Passenger Movement Manager and Crew Network Manager, where responsibilities included customer service coordination and operational planning. Previous roles also include Crew Scheduler at Sky Regional Airlines Inc., Passenger Service Agent at Airport Terminal Services, Event Staff at Leave it T.O. us Inc., and Mobile Specialist at Best Buy. Sheila holds an Advanced Diploma in Aviation Safety from Seneca Polytechnic, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
