Wim Iserief

Wim Iserief has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry, primarily with Air France-KLM and SkyTeam. Wim began their career in 1987 with KLM, where they worked in various commercial functions at the head office and in the field organization. In 2005, they joined Air France-KLM as the General Manager of the Caribbean Area & Surinam, responsible for sales, marketing, and operational matters in the region.

Throughout their tenure at Air France-KLM, Wim held several roles, including Commercial Director for Direct Sales & Services, overseeing commercial processes in call centers and ticket offices worldwide. Wim also served as Senior Project Manager for commercial transformation and excellence, using Lean 6 Sigma methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in field organizations.

In 2022, Wim joined SkyTeam as the Director of Sales, leading the sales team and strategies for the alliance. In addition to their aviation career, Wim also served as the Chairman of the Leidsche en Oegstgeester Hockeyclub from 2014 to 2018. Overall, Wim has extensive experience in sales, project management, and commercial leadership within the aviation industry.

Wim Iserief attended St. Ignatius College in Amsterdam from 1972 to 1978, where they completed their Atheneum/VWO degree. Wim then pursued a Drs. degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam from 1978 to 1985.
