Rebecca Pilko

Rebecca Pilko, JD, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Skytron, a position held since September 2018, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager within the same company. Prior to joining Skytron, Rebecca worked as an HR Advisor at HR Solutions Group of West Michigan, LLC from December 2017 to June 2018, and as the Human Resources Project and Integration Manager at Advantage Sign & Graphic Solutions from August 2012 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Conciliator for Ionia County from May 2009 to August 2012. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cooley Law School, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor’s degree in European History from The College of Wooster, obtained from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Rebecca attended Carroll University from 2001 to 2002.
