Kyle Baptist

Kyle Baptist has a diverse work experience in leadership roles. Kyle is currently the Senior Vice President at SkyView Advisors, where they represent commercial real estate owners in the sale of their properties. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate at the same company, specializing in the self-storage industry. Earlier in their career, they served as the CEO of Marconi's Beach Outfitters, where they managed staff, developed objectives and policies, and oversaw shipping and store display setup. Additionally, Kyle founded and served as the CEO of BeachSimple, Inc., where they created successful brands like The Floaty Store and BeachSimple Clothing Co. Kyle provided strategic leadership, established market position and brand recognition, and ensured sales performance and quality.

Kyle Baptist attended Valencia College from 2011 to 2013, earning an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Petersburg Catholic High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in September 2021.
