Julie Grulkowski, MBA, has extensive experience in customer success management and administrative roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Manager at Skyward since November 2012, Julie leads the HR/Finance Business Systems team, focusing on employee training, customer satisfaction, and product implementation. Previous roles include Office/HR Manager at D & D Automotive Services, Inc., Account Representative at Imperial Supplies, and Building Sales Specialist at Cleary Building Corp.
