Masha Klyuchko, MS-HRM, PHR, sHRBP, has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Masha is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Skyward IT since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Strativia as an HR Manager from October 2019 to January 2022 and as an HR Generalist from September 2018 to September 2019. Masha also worked as an HR Administrator/Payroll Specialist at Strategic Technology Institute Inc. from July 2017 to September 2018.

Before entering the corporate sector, Masha worked as an Office Manager at Blue in Green wellness center from December 2016 to July 2017 and as a Recruiter at Noble Solution (Gaithersburg) from November 2015 to December 2016. Masha'scareer began as a Career Counselor (Internship) at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they worked from September 2010 to May 2012.

Afterward, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2016 to 2019.
