Gregory Griffith

Gregory Griffith, CPA, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President and Controller of Insurance Companies at Skyward Specialty Insurance since September 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Statutory Reporting at AIG, overseeing statutory reporting for five Life Insurance companies with $287 billion in net-admitted assets, and various senior director positions at American National, where key accomplishments included the successful implementation of SAP Processing and leading teams in GAAP and statutory financial reporting. Earlier in his career, Gregory held managerial positions at Mutual Insurance Company of Arizona, Teachers Protective Mutual Insurance Company, Consumers Financial Group, and others, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University.
