Katy Thieman is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and creative practices. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Creative Practice at SkyWater Search Partners since December 2024, Katy previously co-founded Shine Mpls and worked as a recruiter from February 2016 to November 2024. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Brand Strategy and Marketing at JCPenney, Account Supervisor at Olson, and Senior Account Executive at Periscope. Katy holds a degree in Mass Communication from Miami University and is an alumnus of Edina Senior High School.
