Brad Richardson

Brad Richardson has a strong background in the semiconductor industry. Brad started their career as a college intern at Tokyo Electron in 1986. In 1988, they joined IBM as a Process Engineer. After that, they moved to Cypress Semiconductor in 1993, where they held various leadership roles including Engineering Group Leader and Manufacturing Operations Director. During their time at Cypress Semiconductor, they achieved significant cost reductions, improved quality, and implemented innovative process control techniques. In 2017, Brad joined SkyWater Technology Foundry as the Vice President of Manufacturing and later transitioned to the role of Senior Principal Process Development Engineer.

Brad Richardson attended Chaska High School for an unspecified period of time. From 1983 to 1988, they studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, resulting in a degree.
