James Teague serves as an Associate at Skyway Capital Markets supporting its capital raising activities.
Prior to joining Skyway, James interned at Shopoff Realty Investments, a real estate investment firm focused on identifying undervalued or mismanaged commercial, residential, mortgage and land assets, and taking an active role in adding value to maximize returns. He also has internship experience with Deans Consulting, a boutique tax consulting firm focusing on Conservation Easements, Captive Insurance, and 1031 and 1033 Exchanges. In addition, James worked as a Summer Analyst at American Realty Capital, the largest non-traded REIT sponsor at the time.
James graduated with a B.S. in Finance from North Carolina State University and holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
