Miguel Zaldumbide

Miguel Zaldumbide is a Vice President focusing on merger and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance efforts across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Skyway, Miguel was a Manager in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice where he provided buy-side and sell-side M&A services to private equity and strategic clients. Over the course of his career at KPMG, Miguel was involved in more than 30 transactions involving middle market and lower middle market companies in the following industries: (i) food distribution and manufacturing, (ii) software development, (iii) cloud & software-as-service platforms, (iv) value-added resellers, (v) contract manufacturing, (vi) hotels & hospitality providers, (vii) healthcare, and (viii) franchisers.

Before joining KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, Miguel was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Assurance practice, where he provided financial statement audit services to private and public companies in the state of Florida. Miguel’s audit experience includes private equity owned companies, publicly traded corporations, and one of America’s 25 Largest Private Companies.
