Kathy Pedigo

Kathy Pedigo is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Flight Attendant at SkyWest Airlines since May 2021, Kathy ensures passenger safety and delivers exceptional in-flight service. Previously, as a Lead Manager at Embrace Living Communities for over 16 years, Kathy exercised oversight on property management, policy updates, and contributed to the company’s strategic direction. In earlier roles at Consecra Housing Network and the Village of Norridge, Kathy focused on assessing and coordinating care for older adults. Kathy holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Health Services Administration from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, and Sociology from Trinity College.
