Kelly Carter

Kelly Carter has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Supervisor InFlight Recruitment at SkyWest Airlines since July 2016, following roles as an InFlight Recruiter and Flight Attendant within the same company. Prior to this, Kelly worked as the Mayor's Neighborhood Liaison for the City of Indianapolis from November 2013 to April 2016. Educationally, Kelly holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) (2004-2007), with earlier studies at Franklin College (2003-2004).
