Mario Tarver

Mario Tarver is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a First Officer at SkyWest Airlines since March 2019, where responsibilities include operating the CRJ-200 & 700 aircraft and collaborating with the Pilot-in-Command to ensure safe and efficient flights. Prior to this role, Mario served as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy from January 2009 to March 2019, accumulating over ten years of experience flying in various combat and non-combat environments, including over four years with the P-3C based in Kaneohe, HI. Mario's career began with an internship as an Aerospace Engineer at Lockheed Martin in 2004, contributing to the X-47 project. Mario holds a Master of Science in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Tuskegee University.
