Rachel Marion

Rachel Marion is an accomplished airline pilot currently serving as a CRJ First Officer at SkyWest Airlines since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions, including Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) at Leopard Aviation, where instruction focused on private, commercial, multiengine, and instrument ratings. Between March 2018 and June 2022, Rachel excelled as Lead Internet Sales Coordinator at Lennar, consistently surpassing sales targets and improving operational workflows. Previous experience includes roles in customer service and event management, notably as Chairman of the Student Activities Board at Regent University, where leadership was demonstrated through the facilitation of numerous student events. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Regent University, obtained in 2016.
