Harold Santos is currently the Operations Director at SkyWire Communications. Prior to this, they held various positions at Motorola from 2007 to 2015, including Sales Operations Manager, Product End of Life Manager (EOL), and Business Operations Manager and Consultant. In these roles, Harold was responsible for managing supply chain and sales operations for multiple product lines across South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and North America. Harold has a proven track record of balancing supply and demand to satisfy market needs, optimize inventory levels, and meet financial targets. Harold is a skilled leader with experience managing multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams through complex global projects. Harold is an expert in all aspects of prototype manufacturing readiness, build scheduling, factory utilization, tracking and driving product quality improvements, facilitating team communication, and detailed prototype build analysis.
Harold Santos earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University - School of Business, and a Master of Science (MS) from Florida Atlantic University.
