Alan S. Batey

Alan S. Batey, 56, has been a director since July 2019. Mr. Batey most recently served as executive vice president and president of North America for General Motors, as well as the global brand chief for Chevrolet, a division of GM. His career spans more than 39 years with GM where he held various senior management positions in operations, marketing and sales around the world.
