Cristian Cismaru

Cristian Cismaru is a highly experienced engineering professional with a significant tenure at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since December 1999, currently serving as Director of Engineering. In this role, Cristian manages a team focused on III-V compound semiconductor technology R&D, overseeing aspects such as epitaxial design, device characterization, and new technology integration. Previous positions at Skyworks include Senior Engineering Manager for both the Compound Semiconductor Technology Group and the Device Design, Modeling, and Characterization Group, as well as Senior Principal Engineer and Staff Electrical Engineer. Cristian's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and foundational studies in Control Systems from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University.
