Eric J. Guerin

Eric J. Guerin, 50, has been a director since January 2022. Mr. Guerin currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer for CDK Global, a leading publicly traded provider of integrated technology solutions to the automotive industry, a position he has held since January 2021. From 2016 to 2021, he served as division vice president and sector chief financial officer at Corning Glass Technologies, a division of Corning Inc. Previously, he served in financial leadership roles at Flowserve, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca. He currently serves on the board of directors of Natus Medical, a publicly traded provider of medical equipment, software and services.
