Noel Whitley

Noel Whitley currently serves as Vice President and Chief IP Counsel at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Noel was the General Counsel at Enevate Corporation, overseeing legal affairs for the technology start-up in the Electric Vehicle sector from February 2019 to November 2025. Additional experience includes Vice President of Intellectual Property & Licensing at Netlist, Vice President of Intellectual Property at Broadcom, and founding Ladera Consulting, Inc. as President and CEO. Early career roles include attorney positions at Cooley LLP, Antonelli, Terry, Stout & Kraus, and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, as well as General Counsel at Prism Parallel Technologies, and an engineering role at E-Systems. Noel holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University.
